Delivery Information

  • All personalised orders are freshly baked to order and typically dispatched within 5-7 working days (Mon-Fri) from your order date. We send all of our treats by Tracked48 Royal Mail, and you will receive an email once dispatched with the tracking details.

  • Orders over £20 - FREE Delivery
  • Express Delivery - £6.95If you need your treats by a certain date, please select the 'Express Delivery' option at the checkout and let us know the date you need them for by emailing hello@afternoonpaws.com with your order number. . Please note that we need 5-7 working days notice (M-F) for all personalised orders. They will be shipped via Royal Mail 24 Tracked Delivery

    This website www.afternoonpaws.com ("Website") is owned and operated by Afternoon Paws Ltd, trading as "Afternoon Paws". References to "we", "us", or "our", are references to Afternoon Paws Ltd. We are registered with Trading Standards as a pet food company, license number GB887080 under the EC Feed Hygiene Regulation 183/2005. We are a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11888543).

    This Deliveries and Shipping policy describes how we deliver our products, when you make a purchase from this Website. 

    1.1. Orders can only be delivered to addresses within the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland); this excludes PO Box addresses and BFPO addresses.

    1.2. Delivery times may vary between orders depending on the day of order, observing public holidays and third-party courier services ("courier")

    1.3. Deliveries are made by various courier services, based on availability and at the discretion of Afternoon Paws. Not all orders therefore will be tracked, and any undelivered items raised by you, must be reported to both Afternoon Paws and the named courier. Customers are obliged to comply with terms of the courier services, and follow their respective claim / compensation process(s) if delivered through them.

    1.4. We reserve the right to use alternative delivery methods without prior notification.

    1.5. If you change address, you must update your address details by notifying us via email.
