Welcome to the Afternoon Paws dog bakery, where our aim is to make
dog tails wag, and humans smile!
Afternoon Paws is an artisan dog bakery, based in Berkshire, specialising in handmade, bespoke dog biscuits and all-natural, plant-based, grain-free, organic dog treats.
I’m Becky, aka Head Baker, I started Afternoon Paws in 2019. With a love of baking and a passion for all things dogs, I started perfecting our dog biscuit recipes for personalised treats at the kitchen table.
Things very quickly took off and our bakery has grown from at our kitchen table, to all of our biscuits and treats made now being lovingly made onsite at our dedicated dog bakery based in Berkshire, UK.
We're keen to be as eco-friendly as possible and conscious of reducing our carbon pawprint, so are proudly a plastic-free business. All of our packaging is plastic-free and either compostable, biodegradable or recyclable.
We bake all of our biscuits fresh to order, in small batches and each biscuits is hand stamped with "Paw of Approval" and lovingly made from start to finish.
We proudly source high-quality human-grade ingredients, locally sourcing as many ingredients as possible, to support other small UK businesses. We use only all-natural ingredients, sourcing our high-quality flour from a small UK-based flour mill, and use 100% Organic Peanut Butter (free-from palm oil and xylitol).
Our treats are baked with plant-based, grain-free, wheat-free flours so they are gentle on sensitive tummies! We use 100% human-grade ingredients, with no preservatives, artificial flavourings or colourings,
Afternoon Paws is fully insured and registered, and we are certified in food and hygiene safety.
